Konduskar Travels is a leading Private Bus travel provider in Maharashtra, India. With almost 80% of their customer service enquires generating from Social Media they wanted to have a Social Media Specialist manage their social presence on Facebook and Instagram. After analyzing their account we realized the following<\/span><\/p>

1) Inspite of being a customer oriented private bus travel provider their customer rating on social channels was low at 2 Stars.<\/span>
2) Their premium bus service and loyalty program benefits were known only to their regular customers<\/span>
