Solapur College Students Exciting Industrial Visit to Satej Infotech Pvt Ltd

A visit from Solapur college students

Students from a college in Solapur visited the Satej Infotech office in Kolhapur on an industrial visit. An industrial visit gives students a chance to see how a working technology company runs, away from the classroom, and to ask the people who do the work about it.

What the visit looked like

The photographs above show the day. The visitors gathered with our staff outside the office for a group photograph. They then sat together in our training room for a presentation, where a member of our team explained a diagram on the whiteboard and briefed the group. Our team also sat down with the students around a conference table for a meeting.

Why we welcome student visits

Satej Infotech has been working with businesses in Kolhapur, Pune and across India since 2014, building websites and software and running digital marketing. We think students benefit from seeing the work before they start looking for jobs. A visit can help them to:

• see how a project moves from an idea to something a client can use;
• understand which skills a company looks for when it hires;
• ask questions about careers in web development, software and digital marketing;
• meet people who work in the field.

Thank you

We thank the students and their teachers for visiting us and for their questions. If your college or institute would like to arrange a visit, or if you are looking for an internship, please contact us. You may also like to read how an internship can help you get a better job.
